The North Carolina Wildlife Resources Commission opens approximately 900 miles of Hatchery Supported Trout Waters on Sunday, April 3 at 7 am. Hatchery Supported Trout Waters have been closed since February 28 to allow time for staff to stock the waters with trout. They are marked by green-and-white signs.
