The 2020 value of U.S. fresh fruit and vegetable exports declined slightly, a new U.S. Department of Agriculture analysis shows. The 76-page 2020 U.S. Agricultural Export Yearbook  reported the  value of U.S. fresh fruit and vegetable exports to the world reached $6.9 billion in 2020, a 2% decline from the prior year.  The report said U.S. apple exports experienced the greatest drop, down $105 million from 2019 and accounting for more than half of the overall decline, with the largest losses in Taiwan, India, and Canada.
