 A man was taken to the hospital after a pickup truck crashed into the tractor he was driving on Saturday. A North Carolina State Highway Patrol (NCSHP) trooper told WRAL it happened as the man was driving south on Old Stage Road near Willow Spring. The driver of a GMC Sierra was behind the tractor and tried to pass it as an oncoming car was headed north. The driver pulled back into the southbound lane and collided with the tractor, according to the NCSHP.
