Mountain growers prepare for impacts April freeze could have on crops, plants

Sub-freezing temperatures are expected overnight, starting Wednesday, and the cold comes at a critical time for plants and crops. Mountain growers are taking steps to protect their crops and have advice if you have plants outside around your home. Howard Taylor runs KT's Orchard & Apiary in Canton. He says with the expected overnight freezing temperatures, he'll be working hard spraying to help protect the peaches.
