The U.S. Census Bureau announced Monday that the total population of the United States has topped 331 million people. The population growth means that that Texas will gain two U.S. House seats and Colorado, Florida, Montana, North Carolina and Oregon will each gain one seat. California, Illinois, Michigan, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania and West Virginia will all lose congressional seats ahead of the 2022 midterm elections. For more of this story, click here.
