Cooperative Extension at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University (N.C. A&T) is conducting a statewide program needs assessment to determine how to best support the people of North Carolina in the areas of youth development, agriculture and natural resources, community and rural development, and family and consumer sciences, and has hired Thomas P. Miller and Associates (TPMA), an Indianapolis based firm, to do the work. 

Please participate in this brief survey to tell us about your community’s strengths, areas of need, and your recommendations for improvement in these education areas. Your important feedback will be shared with N.C. A&T faculty and staff to enhance their research efforts and will help Cooperative Extension at N.C. A&T plan for future services and initiatives.
