Greenhouse Product News’ 2021 Guide to Hemp Production includes an article I wrote that summarizes the requirements under the USDA’s final rule for hemp production, which was published in January of this year and went into effect in March. The article also includes a comparison of the changes that were made between the interim final rule and the final rule.
