As the Biden administration continues to review the existing water rule, environmental groups asked a federal court to vacate the Trump administration's Navigable Waters Protection Act in a motion for summary judgement filed in South Carolina. The South Carolina Coastal Conservation League filed the motion in the U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina, coming off a 60-day stay in court proceedings pending the Biden review.
