In an effort to bring clarity to an ongoing environmental issue, Senate Republicans have introduced the “Define WOTUS Act.” The bill, sponsored by Iowa’s Chuck Grassley and Joni Ernst, and Indiana’s Mike Braun, seeks to legislatively define “waters of the United States” and make a definition of the term permanent.
