A bill to legalize medical marijuana will likely get its first up-or-down vote Wednesday at the North Carolina statehouse. The bill is slated to be heard in the Senate Judiciary Committee at 2 p.m. The meeting has been moved to a larger-than-usual room at the legislature – the auditorium in the General Assembly building – to accomodate more people.
