Registration Now Open

Got To Be NC members are invited to be a part of our “Got To Be NC” pavilion at the NC State Fair on October 14-24, 2021. The “Got To Be NC” pavilion will be located in the Dorton Arena. It highlights products grown and manufactured in NC as well as our marketing services. More than 1,100,000 people attend the fair every year.



Please review all rules and regulations and the content of this email before submitting application.

Our registration process has changed. 

We have transitioned to an on-line application process. 

Step 1. Apply on-line. You will be required to upload a current Certificate of Liability Insurance during the application process. 

Step 2. Once application has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging the receipt of your application. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.

Step 3. Notification of acceptance will be delivered via email after August 31st. The notification email will also include a link to submit your payment. Payments must be submitted via debit/credit card. Refunds will not be issued unless event is canceled by NCDA.

With your application, companies will be required to upload a current Certificate of Liability Insurance. Minimum requirements are $1,000,000 Combined Single Limit for each occurrence. An insurance company licensed to do business in North Carolina must issue the certificate. NCDA&CS and NC State Fair must be named as certificate holder and additional insured. The effective dates of the certificate must cover the duration of the fair, October 14-24, 2021. The certificate holder’s address must be listed as 1025 Blue Ridge Rd, Raleigh NC 27607.

The Got To Be NC Exhibit Tent is a juried exhibit. Through our review process, we hope to offer a variety of products to our exhibit patrons. Application does not guarantee acceptance.

Our Got to Be NC tent will have a limited number of booths for companies to show, sample, and sell their products.

We will be offering the following booth options:

  • double booth double shift
  • single booth double shift
  • single booth single shift

Double booths/double shifts and single booths/double shifts will require a commitment of the duration of the fair, October 14-24, and must be staffed from the time the exhibit opens until closing each day. Only products grown/manufactured in NC may be shown, sampled, and sold in this space. Booth spaces may not be shared.
