North Carolina-based Bandwidth broke ground on a major headquarters expansion in Raleigh. The company is developing more than 533,000 square feet of property on 40 acres of land located off Edwards Mill Road near Duraleigh Road.  That land was sold to Bandwidth by North Carolina's Department of Agriculture.
