Person County will soon get more than 300 jobs paying nearly $51,000 a year from Polywood, which already has a growing presence in Roxboro. The state of North Carolina’s Economic Investment Committee on Tuesday approved a contract with Polywood, which manufactures a variety of furniture, calling for more than $3 million in state and local tax incentives pending the meeting of new job targets and other requirements.
