The shortage of semiconductor chips has been making news in the automotive industry for months. Instead of full lots of vehicles waiting for that all important chip, it’s having a different impact on ag equipment. Matt Ramage, vice president of sales for Hutson, Inc., said John Deere corporate had been anticipating this since the beginning of the year.
