Nearly 30 food vendors and over a dozen apple growers will serve up tasty dishes and delicious treats at this year’s N.C. Apple Festival, taking place Sept. 3-6 on Hendersonville’s Main Street.   Local apple growers participating in the festival sell fresh apples, as well as cider, slushies, doughnuts, fritters and other confections.
