If you are considering a value-added dairy enterprise, it’s important to match up what you want to make with what customers want and how they are going to get it. Plan to join us at the N.C. Cooperative Extension, Iredell County Center on October 6, 2021, at 9 a.m. for a workshop focused on evaluating market outlets for dairy products. Speakers include Sarah Cornelisse (Penn State Extension) and Hal Pepper (University of Tennessee Extension). This effort is part of the Dairy Business Innovation Initiative, a partnership of the University of Tennessee, NC State University, Kentucky Dairy Development Council, and the University of Kentucky.
