Lobster rolls, shrimp Alfredo stuffed turkey legs and shrimp and grits on a stick are among the new food items coming to the North Carolina State Fair this year. After being canceled last year due to COVID-19, the annual event returns to the N.C. State Fairgrounds Oct. 14 through 24. While fair officials are strongly encouraging guests to be vaccinated for COVID-19, vaccination is not required for fair entry. For more of this story, click here.
