 A redistricting reform group is running a contest: Draw your own North Carolina congressional map, maybe win $500. Citizen Redistricting North Carolina's contest starts Wednesday evening and will accept maps through 5 p.m. Oct. 30. The maps must be drawn through a well-known website called Dave's Redistricting.
