Supply chain issues are being felt all across the country, including local farmers, who say a lack of fertilizer and grass are going to cause beef prices to rise. Dennis Martin is an independent farmer in Fallston selling beef directly to buyers. He told Channel 9 that because of the supply chain shortage, the price of fertilizer to make grass to feed the cows is up -- and the price of extra feed he may need when he can’t grow grass is also rising.
