March 7, 2022 in Concord for this unique reception designed to help
bring awareness to your products and boost your sales.
What is Flavors of Carolina? This
event is an upscale food show where North Carolina products are proudly
on display. As an exhibitor, this is your opportunity to showcase
your products and be discovered by retailers, distributors,
restaurants, etc.
As an exhibitor, you will:
- Meet in-person with a
diverse group of buyers
- Highlight new
products and/or build brand awareness
- Network with industry
peers
- Strengthen
relationships with existing buyers and distributors
- Build new business
connections
Make plans to stay for two days
to take full advantage of our additional business development
opportunities.
On March
8th, NCDA will host a Grower/Buyer Exchange. This will be an
opportunity for growers and manufacturers to meet in pre-scheduled
short sessions. We will announce which retailers and foodservice
wholesale distributor(s) will be participating soon. Sessions will
be limited to companies, who are not currently doing business with
these retailers or foodservice distributor(s). Categories of
interest are still under review. The day will be structured in
15-minute, one-on-one sessions beginning at 8:00 AM and ending at 4:00
PM. Registration will be limited to one session with each
retailer/wholesaler represented. The Eventbrite platform will be
used to officially register and secure your time slot. Look for
more details and link to register soon.
Who is invited? Top
officials and buyers from individual restaurants to foodservice
distributors to major grocery chains and specialty stores will attend.

**Room rates are $149 per
night, plus taxes. You will need to contact the hotel and provide
them with the dates and the event name (Flavors of Carolina). The
cutoff date for reservations is February 7, 2022.**
**Important** Before
submitting your Flavors of Carolina application, your company must be listed in the Got To Be NC Find Local directory. This is a
separate application. Flavors of Carolina applications will not be approved
until you have an active profile on gottobenc.com. To see if your profile is listed, click here and follow the simple steps. If your company appears in
the search, you are already listed and may proceed to Flavors
application. Do not submit a second Got To Be NC application if you are
listed.
For current members not listed, you are still a member, but your company must be listed in our Find Local directory. The application takes just 10 minutes to fill out. Today’s retail and foodservice buyers are utilizing the Got To Be NC Find Local directory to source products. Simply put, if you have not listed your company profile, you could be missing out on sales opportunities. Note, Got To Be NC applications are vetted and researched prior to approval. You must fill out all requested fields. Incomplete applications will not be accepted. Please allow up to 7 days for notification of profile update.
You must
complete the online application to register for exhibit space. Once
your application has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation
email acknowledging receipt of your application. Notification of
acceptance will be sent in a separate email along with a link to submit
payment for your booth space. The payment link is time sensitive. Booth space is not secure
until payment has been received. Please allow up to seven days
for notification of acceptance. **Booth registration fees paid for the 2021
Flavors of Carolina show were rolled over to the 2022 show unless you requested
a refund. You must complete a new registration form to exhibit at the
2022 show.**
Show will sell out!
The deadline
to register is December 1, 2021. Applications will not be
accepted after this date. Phone calls or emails
will not hold your booth. We will feature over 100 North Carolina food
companies and this event typically sells out. We encourage you to
register as soon as possible.
