The North Carolina Cooperative Extension, Chatham County Center will offer two Blueberry Production Webinars as part of its Enhancing Sustainability Series on Wednesday, November 17, 2021, and Wednesday December 1, 2021 from 6–8 p.m.
November 17 Webinar: Blueberry Cultivars, Site Selection, and General Management Bill Cline, Extension Plant Pathologist and Blueberry Specialist for NC State University will talk about blueberry cultivars, site selection, and management including planting, mulching, irrigation, fertilizing, pruning, and weed management.
December 1 Webinar: Blueberry Pests & Diseases Bill Cline, Extension Plant Pathologist and Blueberry Specialist for NC State University, will talk about blueberry diseases and how to manage them.
Debbie Roos, Sustainable Agriculture Agent for the Chatham County Center of N.C. Cooperative Extension, will talk about blueberry insect pests and how to manage them.
These webinars are free to the public but pre-registration is required.
