We had such positive responses to the milk dumping animation we developed in the spring, we decided to try to tackle the basics of milk movement, marketing and policy in a similar fashion. These short animated videos, housed on the NC State Extension YouTube Channel, are designed to provide better understanding of how milk moves through the supply chain for general audiences, so they are not comprehensive in detail. They are intended to help the average person better understand how our dairy industry functions to get milk from the farm to the shelf.
