Got To Be NC Member Opportunity

Foodservice/Food Truck Vendor

The Southern Farm Show, scheduled for February 2-4, 2022, is the largest annual event - except for the State Fair - that takes place at the NC State Fairgrounds each year.  It utilizes all the available buildings, has acres of outdoor exhibits, plus fills five large exhibit tents.

Because there is no longer an in-house concessioner at the NC State Fairgrounds, the concession stands in the Exposition Center, Kerr Scott Building, and Dorton Arena, as well as the Jim Graham Building restaurant, will all be closed.  In an effort to provide lunch to the show guests and exhibitors, the Southern Farm Show plans to bring in food trucks and other food companies that can operate outside, and has asked us to spread the word among Got To Be NC members. The show does not plan to charge members to participate.  However, the NC State Fairgrounds does collect 25% of all sales.  You will need a Wake County food truck permit to participate.  If you are interested in being a part of the show, please contact Show Manager David Zimmerman at 704-494-7544 or dzimmerman@southernshows.com

The deadline to contact Mr. Zimmerman is no later than December 15, 2021.  The opportunity is limited to only food truck vendors who have lunch style menus.
