The Wilkes Cooperative Extension Service is offering a pest management update for landscape professionals from 9 a.m. to noon Dec. 16 at the Wilkes Agricultural Center at 416 Executive Drive in Wilkesboro. Participants can earn up to three N.C. Department of Agriculture pesticide applicator credits (L, D, N, O, X and 1.5 H) and three technical credits for N.C. landscape contractor licensing. It’s free and open to the general public.
