The NC State Extension Homegrown video team recently created a video and article on our hops breeding program. It was great fun working with them and we love the results! Adam Ragusea recently created a YouTube video about truffles. The main purpose of the video is to promote a great new book on truffles called Truffle Hound by Rowan Jacobsen. Much of the video was shot in our research truffle orchard at the Mountain Research Station in Waynesville. Several of our employees are also interviewed in the video. The video is entertaining and informative.
