Featured Presenter:  Devan Culbreth, JD

Devan joined the NC State Office of Gift Planning as Associate Director in late 2018 after over 13 years as a private practice attorney focusing on estate planning, estate administration, business law and corporate law. During her career, Devan has assisted clients of all wealth levels with their estate planning and has served in fiduciary capacities as an executor and trustee and has also served as counsel to numerous estates and trusts. Since she joined NC State and the Office of Gift Planning, Devan has participated in frontline fundraising involving many types of planned and current use gifts and has also assisted in the administration of several estates involving bequests to NC State. Devan is a member of the North Carolina Planned Giving Council and the National Association of Charitable Gift Planners.
