 A national animal rights organization is calling on the Cleveland County Agriculture and Livestock Exchange to ban the sale of exotic animals at its facility. On Monday, People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals released a nearly two-minute-long video it says was shot of the Shelby Alternative Animal Auction, held at the Cleveland County Agriculture and Livestock Exchange in Shelby.
