Keeping Hardworking Families and Seniors Warm This Winter
Congresswoman Manning highlighted a new report from the White House outlining how Democrats helped to deliver nearly double the annual investment to help North Carolina families afford energy costs. In total, Congresswoman Manning helped secure $183.3 million for North Carolina through the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) in the American Rescue Plan and annual appropriations.
