Come out to participate in hands-on experiences and view
demonstrations regarding produce safety practices in a packinghouse, hear about
cost share options for agricultural water, learn about marketing strategies for
produce sales, gain insight into processing produce, and network with many
other various agencies that support produce farming and food safety within the
state of North Carolina. Lunch will be provided courtesy of the North Carolina
Farm Bureau Federation. Registration for this event is free but required and
capped at 50 participants.
