Automaker VinFast announced on Tuesday it was investing $4 billion in Chatham County to build the company's first North American Assembly plant. The plant plans to hire upwards of 7,500 workers during the first phase of the project. However, some North Carolina residents said they're worried about whether the Triangle's roads can handle thousands more people.
