U.S. Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack and Environmental Protection Agency Administrator Michael Regan were in Raleigh on Monday to hold a round-table discussion about the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law and how rural areas would see benefits. The Cabinet-level officials also fielded questions about the Rural Partners Network, regulations, and more. The discussion was hosted by NC Ag Commissioner Steve Troxler and moderated by former NC Farm Bureau President Larry Wooten.
