The Biden administration’s “Disinformation Governance Board” is an awful, un-American idea. It is just more proof that President Biden and Democrats are more concerned about suppressing free speech than addressing the border crisis or reversing skyrocketing inflation. This is unacceptable. On Thursday, I joined some of my House Republican colleagues in sending a letter to Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas expressing our grave concerns about the Biden administration's plans for this board. The DHS should be focused on combatting terrorism and securing our border, not suppressing.
