8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

We will start at the N.C. Cooperative Extension – Iredell County Center, 444 Bristol Dr, Statesville, NC 28677, for a morning classroom portion where you will learn about Cattle Reproductive Anatomy & Physiology, AI Procedure and Technique, AI Equipment and Maintenance, Semen Handling and Synchronization Protocols. We will break for lunch, which will be provided, and then end at Grayhouse Dairy Farm for the hands-on portion where you will get to put what you have learned into practice on live cows! A certificate of completion will be awarded to each person who attends the workshop.
