The NC Alt Protein Coalition is an interdisciplinary group of alternative protein stakeholders in North Carolina, providing a focal point for alternative protein activity. 

The NC Alt Protein Coalition is on a mission to grow as an alt protein hub that contributes to the state’s sustainable economic growth, technological innovation, social welfare, and environment. We are facilitating the creation of an equitable agri-food ecosystem in North Carolina that will continue to prosper as the state’s number one industry, without the environmental and ethical challenges we currently face.
