A little over a year ago, John Deere went through one of the most significant reorganizations the company has seen in years. Not only did it involve reevaluating how Deere unlocks value for its customers, but it also examined how it viewed those customers. “Our focus is to help drive profitable, sustainable operations, enabling growers to pass their operations on to the next generation,” says Joel Dawson, manager of production and precision ag marketing at John Deere.
