Congresswoman Manning released the following statement following the mass shooting in Uvalde, Texas at Robb Elementary School. "Once again, families are experiencing unfathomable grief because a violent man, with easy access to weapons of war, orchestrated a mass shooting in an elementary school. This cannot be the violent reality we accept for our children.
