It is the food we eat, the clothes we wear, and our shelter. Research can help ensure that America’s farmers, ranchers, and foresters are innovative, competitive, and resilient.”

Chairman David Scott added, “Climate change is one of the most pressing issues that we face today, and it is urgent that we overcome this challenge by supporting research and development, our Land Grant Institutions, and USDA research efforts. Their work will help us continue to implement new practices and technologies that enable climate mitigation and adaptation.”
