Carofin and Carolina Financial Securities has successfully raised $2.2M in Participating Preferred Membership Interests for Berry Capital Management, an SPV which provided working capital for a 400-acre organic blueberry farm. One of only 3 organic farms in NC, it is operated by Carolina Berry Group (CBG) and its CEO, Brick Rooks, with 24 years of berry farming experience, deep marketing relationships in the industry, and one of the largest automated berry packing facilities in the Southeast.
