Annual Franklin County Horse Farm Tour

Learn the latest educational information along with learning directly from the Farm Owners and North Carolina Cooperative Extension experts. Everyone is excited to be a host farm this year!  We will start bright and early in the morning and visit four stops this year in the County. 

Featured lunch speakers: Derreck Long, NCDA&CS, Plant Industries Inspector, “Fire Ant ID & Control” and Sun Butler, NCDA&CS Pesticide Inspector, “The Spotted Lanternfly.”   Luncheon will be an old-fashioned Barbecue with all the trimmings!

Newly renovated facilities! Participants will be asked to carpool to the various tour stops. $18 to participate this year.
