Good afternoon, Last Friday, the American Farmland Trust hosted a webinar that
examined the findings for North Carolina in their new report, Farms Under
Threat 2040: Choosing an Abundant Future. You may view the webinar here: https://youtu.be/wLGFIEx4HXw Here is the factsheet on North Carolina. There are some concerning items. The loss of 1.1 million acres of farmland over the next 20 years
could cause the loss of 9,100 farms, 19,600 jobs, and $1.25 billion in farm
