The North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher is asking the public for help naming three new otter pups. After the pups were born May 21, aquarium staff researched meaningful name ideas inspired by the Asian small-clawed otters and their birth, which occurred during a full moon, King Tide and a storm.
