U.S. Poultry & Egg Association's Poultry & Egg Institute will host the 2009 Grain Forecast and Economic Outlook Conference on Nov. 12 at the Airport Hilton Hotel in Atlanta.

Donald Ratajczak will present an economic outlook, while other sessions will examine key factors that affect grain and feed ingredient purchasing decisions.

"Grain buying is one of the most critical, costly and complicated functions in today's poultry and egg industry," said program committee chairman Stan Gudenkauf of American Proteins. "It is vital that we are equipped with the latest facts and figures."

The program will also include a global economic report, an oilseed outlook, a seed technology update, a feed grain outlook and a session on commodity risk management.
