Corporate Responsibility Magazine announced its 11th annual 100 Best Corporate Citizens list, and the food industry was well represented.

This year's list, which honors companies for their performance on climate change, environment, employee relations and human rights, included:

• Wal-Mart Stores ranked 21st this year. It did not make the list last year.
• Hormel, ranking 40th on the list, unchanged from last year.
• McDonald's climbed to 49th this year from 87th last year.
• Yum Brands ranked 62nd, compared to 33rd last year.
• Sara Lee ranked 84th, compared to 38th last year.
• ConAgra ranked 94th. It did not make the list last year.
