Summit to address food safety regulatory compliance

The American Conference Institute is hosting an Advanced Summit on Food Safety Regulatory Compliance June 28-29 at the Millenium Knickerbocker Hotel in Chicago.

The event, which is supported by the National Meat Association and the Midwest Food Processors Association, will include insights on how to:

  • Prepare for and survive government inspections
  • Properly execute a recall and crisis management plan
  • Implement effective food contamination and response mechanisms to mitigate downstream litigation risks
  • Handle and respond to government requests, alerts, warning letters and inquiries
  • Probe weak spots in compliance protocols
  • Minimize criminal liability exposure as the result of a food incident
