FSIS spells out approved processes on poultry destined for Russia

USDA’s Food Safety Inspection Service has posted information on processes and solutions now allowed in processing poultry destined for export to Russia.

The much-discussed list of allowed antimicrobial ingredients includes cetylpyridinium chloride, hydrogen peroxide, and peroxyacetic acid.
