Following last week’s announcement by the Elaine Marshall U.S. Senate campaign that a poll she commissioned said that she (just barely, within the margin of error) was leading incumbent Richard Burr, the Raleigh-based Civitas Institute says it has a poll showing Burr has a more solid lead.
