Senator pleads rural dust's case to EPA

Another Senator is calling out to EPA on behalf of farmers. In a letter to EPA Administrator Lisa Jackson Senator Richard Lugar, R-Ind., urged Federal regulators to use common sense as they consider tightening rules on the dust kicked up by the nation's farms.
