State Farmers Market hosts Colossal Collard Day Friday, Nov. 5

A Southern holiday staple will be celebrated during Colossal Collard Day Friday, Nov. 5. The State Farmers Market Restaurant will provide samples of cooked collards and hushpuppies with a variety of relishes and chow-chows. Visitors also will be able to purchase fresh, locally grown collard greens and pick up free recipes, serving tips and nutritional information.
