Dr. Elizabeth Hagen, the USDA Under Secretary for Food Safety, will be the keynote speaker at NAMP’s Meat Industry Management Conference, which will take place March 18-20, 2011 in Chicago.

Although she will give the keynote address on the first day of the conference, there will be an opportunity to hear her and other food safety experts at a mini-conference prior to official conference commencement on March 17.

NAMP will send out registration materials for the conference and mini-conference in early January 2011.
