The Environmental Review Commission will meet at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, January 18, 2011, in Room 544 of the Legislative Office Building, Raleigh, North Carolina.

The agenda for the meeting is expected to include approval of minutes from past meetings; a
presentation on the final report issued in conjunction with the Water Allocation Study (S.L. 2007-518); a report on the issue of oil and gas exploration in the Triassic Basin (S.L. 2010-152, Sec.6.4); and overviews from the Divisions of Water Quality, Water Resources, Waste Management, and Air Quality of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources on recent activities and issues of concern with respect to each division.
